I bought an MSA Tourer Pack roof rack bag from here http://www.msa4x4.com.au/Products/TourerPacks.asp within the last 12 months for the just completed Cape trip. It was punished, dragged under low branches etc etc. No dust or water ever entered the bag.
I managed to pull down too tight on the webbing tie downs and destroy a couple of the plastic buckles.
One call to MSA and 5 new clips are being sent ASAP via courier to my door free of charge.
That's the backup we all want from manufacturers. I'll be back for more of their excellent products

Great feedback.
Good to hear of companies backing up their products like that.

I recently had a issue with the front panhard bar on my GQ Wagon and i wasnt aware that this was causing the problem of dangerous steering everytime i hit a bump in the road but anyway 1 visit to a suspension place and he assured me that was the problem and fitted 2 new bushes FREE of charge and he said if that fixes the problem then dont pay me but all i want you to do is spread the word about the business.

So far been fitted to 2weeks and no issues as of yet and if anyone wants me to do a full article on here about teh problem and the business who fixed it i can.

I reckon we should support them as they are based in slacks creek.

Mate, that is great news.
Really good to have some positive feedback as it is always easier to dwell on the negative stuff.

Greg, feel free to give the business a mention on here mate.

Be good to see you back up for the tag a long next year as we are heading back into Maytown.
Just going over the video footage and even now it makes me cringe.....
