What happened to ant?

Is in on holidays and I haven't read that post yet?

I've been waiting to see what he's got to say but nothing...........

Did you fire him batesy or did some bloody nissan driver offend him?

Ant i miss you..... were are you.?

He's probably out catching Barra at one of his secret spots, lucky bugga.

Sorted me fishing gear on the weekend, can't leave it to the last minute.
Now, if I can just convince the wife that I really do need that new rod and reel I'll be happy.

Ant is off to Townsville for some 'Fish & Boat' thing.

It's almost impossible to get hold of him these days... he keeps going on about being overworked and under-loved or something like that!

He's threatened to log on to the site next week ... I think he really loves you guys...

He sent me an email yesterday that went a little like this:

Hi Chris,
Have you found a way to take me off the forum message email reminders yet?

It is driving me crazy.

Every time a message is posted we get an email ... over 600 emails!!!

All I can say is ... keep posting so the bugger gets swamped!!

He'll be at the Outdoor Fishing & Camping Expo at Tville showgrounds, this weekend. Big event, heaps of stuff on fishing and camping. Fish & Boat Magazine are one of the sponsors

Scott, please go to the show and throw some mullet at him - LIVE of course! He'll be at the 'Fish & Boat' stand.

Hey Batesy, missed the fishing expo, but drove past (on the way to INGHAM)Sat morning around 8.30 and it was packed already, when we came back through yesterday arv, it was huge. Local paper today says over 8,000 people went through. I'd say ANT had a great weekend

Guess who's back.....Back again.......

Yeah, yeah, yeah....

Thanks for the kind words guys. As you may have gathered, I don't have a lot of time to sit and chat on the computer (like Batsey).
Things have been really hectic of late. The fishing and outdoor expo was huge and the respose from Fish and Boat readers was excellent.

My wife has also been in and out of hospital over the last few weeks which has really thrown me in a few ways. The time spent going in and out of hospital has taken a lot of time away from my already full workload so I am about two weeks behind schedule at present.

Trying to go through all the new posts but it is HUGE. You guys have been full on and it is great to see. Appologies if I do not post on everything as I only have a small window of time.

I am heading back up to fish the cape at the end of this month (june) and can't wait to get back amongst it all. I have a few mates coming over this arvo so we can discuss the finer points of the trip and go through what gear we really need to take with us. Things like beer, rods, reels, and lures will fill most of the car. I guess we better factor in some sort of food too.

Anyway, keep up the postings (email reminders keep me busy).
