The number of forum members has increased over the last two weeks and I'm aware that a few new 'hatchlings' may be lost when it comes to posting messages/asking questions.

('Hatchlings' are new users, 'Problem Croc's' are those with a certain number of posts, and so on... There are a few more titles to 'aspire' to!)

Firstly ... don't be shy.

None of us have been here very long... not even myself, and I set up the board!

Secondly ... if you have any problems with posting or reading the posts, then feel free to send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE. To send a Private mesage just click the highlighted link under your username in the top right hand corner of the forum board. When the new page opens, click on the SEND NEW MESSAGE in the menu on the left. My username is - obviously - batesy. You can also click on my name to the left of the post, then choose SEND A PRIVATE MESSAGE TO BATESY.

Thirdly ... don't be afraid to offer your opinions or advice, even if you think others will disagree. The great thing about forums is that others go with the info that suits them, so different opinions are always wanted ... and are, in fact, why forums are so powerful.

Lastly ... Try not to mislead everyone ... that's my job!

Hope all that wasn't too confusing.

Cookie I dont know how to post photos other than with photobucket. Thats a website that allows you to store your photos on the web and link them to this website. Tne photos have to be reduced in size to allow them on the web. Im not sure how the post small photos that enlarge when opened. Better wake Batesy up for some advic.

Cookie, there's an upload limit on the file size of your pics when you attach them - maybe you're exceeding that limit. You need to reduce them through a photo editing program first.

Photobucket is probably the easiest way to show big pics.
I was trying to do a tutorial but I can't remember how to show the photobucket pics in the message!!

Anyone remember what link you copy and paste from Photobucket?

Is it 'Share Url' or 'Url Link' or 'HTML Tag' or '<label for="imgcode2">IMG Code</label>'???

Lot of help I am!

To show photo's off PhotoBucket you highlight and copy the 'IMG Code', then paste in to your post.
Works for me.

Cookie, it will attach like an email - but only up 195kb. Which isn't a very large pic.
