thats huge you could stuff him like the ones you get at the markets/tourist shops just insteed of the 50 ml bundy bottle youu could use a 40 pounder L.O.L.;)

That looks about the size of the one that used to be in a large bottle in the Calen pub about 30 odd years ago.

stinkin damn things they have made it in to the top of W.A now.
I know everything in National Parks is protected, wonder if this includes Cane Toads? anyone know??

I believe thay are classified as a noxious pest, and as such are not protected anywhere.
The problem is that just killing doesn't solve the problem, you also need to remove the remains to protect the scavengers.

Ibises were doing it at Baffle Creek in 1986/7. Used to watch them in the orchard, turning them over, and tucking in.

I've seen crows in our street tucking into toads, though I haven't seen them tackle a live one, only road/golf club kill.

I see it occasionally up here. There are actually 2 poison sacks just under the skin on the toads back. Somehow the crows know this and thats why they flip them over when they eat them.
