The simplest ideas are usually the best.
A roast cooked in a Weber tastes great, should be the same with this method.
I'll be giving this method a test run when we get back from the tag-along.

Hi Glen, sorry to be so late replying. Been away.
No I haven't tried it yet, but I've got all the bits together, and have a buyer for the Cobb Cooker I haven't used yet either. This little unit is going to take up much less room, and is a lot lighter too.
