I went and had a look at the Indigenous cave paintings at Somerset yesterday.

Not many people seem to mention or know of them. They are extremely weathered from the exposed ocean conditions but there still worth a look while you visit the Old Homestead and cemetry up that way.

Just some useless info for those that might have a interest in that stuff.

It's a bit of a walk to get to them isn't it?
How long does a return journey take?

Walk can only be done at low tide unless your a moutain climber. From the northern end of Somerset beach it takes about 15 mins over rocks.

Everyone also thinks that they are old cave paintings as well. These paintings were not there before the 1960's and no one knows who painted them.
