We (the family) went to Twin & Elliot Falls yesterday.
It was absolutely magic, we had the place to ourselves all day long.
The falls were running strong and it was so good that time got away on us. We had to drive flat to the floor back to the Jardine Ferry just in time to get the last ferry across with the boys who had already closed up shop and were on the ferry to go home.
Keen to do it again now

Whats the creek approaches like now Stacky? They were starting to get cut up when we were there over Easter.

Tracks good.
Drove through in 2 wheel drive all the way. Put the wheels in the right spot for that one wet crossing and there's no drama.
Yeh got heaps photo's. I have to make a new login with photobucket to upload them though. When i find more time i'll put a heap more photo's up here of my more recent adventures.
I'm off charging down the west coast chasing Barra for a full day Saturday. Might stop and catch a couple of Jewies on the way home in the arvy at the big Jew Hole thats not a secret.

Thats good then. It rained while we were down there over Easter and the northern approach to the creek is clay and was slippery. Didnt help that the previous couple of cars got stuck and messed it up. We will be back down there on Labour Day. It will probably be the last trip down there until the tourist start. Fingers crossed anyway.

We went down to Twin Falls, Elliot, saucepan and Fruitbat falls again yesterday. Took the Mother in law for a look and a day out.
We had Twin Falls all to ourselves again until nearing the afternoon when a couple of car loads of tourists rocked up.
I got reports that Cockatoo ck is flowing to quick on the Telegraph to be attempting to cross so go the bypass track if you come up that way. Nolan's Brook crossing would obviously be still to deep also.
The track into all the falls has been graded roughly and has made access very easy.
Cheers Stacky
