How is the road shaping up so far this season, have any dare devils completed the OTT yet?

I know of one tourist that arrived in Bamaga over a week ago but am unsure if he did the OTL or not. If i had to hazzard a guess i would say that the southern part is drivable but not too sure about the northern bit.
