Well, I certainly wouldn't like to encourage anyone to buy any magazine, other than Capeyorker........BUT, if you were looking for something to read before next year's edition.....
The Oct/Nov issue of Outback Magazine has a feature on Cape York, with a perspective from environmentalists, pastoralists (including MacLeans from Merluna), Tourism (guys at Archer River) and Indigenous Perspective (David Claudie). Some interesting reading and lovely photos.

If you Google Tracks on Bromley Station, and click onto the 3rd site down, you can read, or print the article.

Tonight it's the 4th site down, so forget all that, and just find the one that says :- [PDF] outback story Remote, wild and beautiful Cape York peninsula
