Does anyone know the date of the 2008 Coen Picnic Races.

I was asking about this as I read in Ron Moons book that the Coen picnic races are on in August each year. I could not find a date for this coming year anywhere. Well after several phone calls, still nothing, then I found a web site that had a contact on it. I just got an answer back from Merilyn at Alkoomie Station, and the Coen races have not been on for 10 years!!

Sounds like an email to the Moons, they may have to update their book and/or website.
