I noticed in a few threads the meantion of "Doggit Land".

Can anybody explain to me what that is and the area boundaries?

I had a quick look at the Hema, but nothing stood out.

Scorcher,
In short, DOGGIT stands for Deed Of Grant In Trust. It is basically land the Govt has set aside for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. As for boundaries, there are maps available that show the area it encompasses. I am sure if you did a search for the AMP boundaries you would then see what it all involves. Try this link as it also has the individual area maps: http://www.liquor.qld.gov.au/Indigenous/Alcohol+Management+Plans

Hope this helps

Thanks Ant,

That makes it clear. Pretty much all the brown areas identified on the Hema map.
