The date has been set for the Torres Strait Cultural Festival.
Location: Anzac Park - Thursday Island
Art, craft, dance competition and great food!!
It will commence Thursday night 18 September 2008, continuing on 19 September finishing up on Saturday 20 September 2008.
I will post further details as planning comes together.
If you intend coming up from down south, accomodation is difficult to obtain unless you book early.
