Thought I might score a few brownie points for a pass to the cape next year. No worries darl Ill clean up the yard and put in new gardens and even do it all by hand to save a few dollars. Bloody hell, im still on the shovel after about 4 weeks and with a bit of luck will get finished before april next year if I dont die first. The back yard looks like a war zone.

tell your mates that you can't go untill it's finished,
buy a couple of cartons and it should be done in a weekend

I used to invite my mates over for an early lunch BBQ, telling them not to bring anything, just to wear old clothes.
Probably explains why my mates don't call around much these days.

Probably why im alone on this one as well. If I can get all the garden beds ready for easter, I might not be missed for 3 weeks whiile the mrs is planting flowers.

I hear 'Native Australian Bush' is all the rage in gardens this year.
I suggest you peddle that line to the missus over and over again.

Thats one garden I would like for a back yard. Been slack for a couple of weeks so I better score a few more points for next year.
