Fishing Charter at Wiepa

Lushy I did reply to your post somewhere in here a minute ago. anyway did you try the Weipa campground they are a booking agent for some of the charters in weipa, we are booked in on the 4th sep and is $220 each.

Thanks for that I will see if I can get onto them, $220 each sounds better then 700 mate maybe that is the whole boat???

We chartered half a boat out of Cooktown at Christmas (another family paid the other half) to fish the reef, and that cost $600. There were plenty of smaller boats but with the kids, we wanted a toilet and the only one was the yacht we got (60 footer or there-abouts).

We got a good feed of coral trout but it made it expensive fish.
