Hi guys from the far north, when was the last time you had rain say over 5 mils as I am keeping track of the weather via the BOM radar at Wiepa, so I can keep a log for the Months of July - September, as I am visiting you gods country the same time next year,

wed night rained all night in cairns, cape trib had 20ml, but checked up everything is ok bar 1 crossing on the way to ayton, today 26 deg will say it will be back to normal.

You won't see much in the way of rain in the Weipa area during July/August. We dry as by this time of year. It's pretty unusual to get a shower and if we do it is certainly not going to impact your trip.
